Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, we will provide a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
To Request a Refund:

- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We will review your claim and respond within 1-3 business days.
Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- No need to return the item - we'll process your refund based on the photo evidence provided
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
